Who we are

At SOSA, our mission is to elevate the oral surgical knowledge of dental professionals through hands-on training, didactic lectures, and live surgery experiences. Many new graduates enter practice without comprehensive—or even adequate—training in oral surgery. Our goal is to increase access to care by equipping clinicians with the skills and confidence needed to provide safe, effective surgical care.

Our courses emphasize clinical decision-making, including when to treat and when to refer, case selection, treatment planning, risk assessment, complication management, and how surgical decisions can impact restorative outcomes.

Each program is designed and led by a collaborative team of oral and maxillofacial surgeons, prosthodontists, restorative dentists, and dental lab technicians—bringing together hundreds of thousands of hours in comprehensive, real-world dental experience.
