Where are your courses being held?

While our future CE center is being built, we are currently running our didactic sessions out of the Meridian Valley Country Club and our live patient surgical procedures out of the Pacific Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons' office.

What is the cancellation policy?

All course registrations are non-refundable 30 days prior to the class date. Cancellations more than 30 days before may be refunded.

If you are unable to attend a course for any reason, your full payment will be credited toward a future course of your choice within 12 months of the original course date. Requests for credit must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of the original course. No-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the course are not eligible for credit.
